Academy of Social Sciences

About the University

Academy of Social Sciences started its activity in 1994. By the end of 2011 it was named University of Business and Management. By the decision of the Ministry of Education the university received the title of the Academy.

Academy of Social Sciences is one of the universities in Poland. The Academy gives an education at first and second levels, helps to improve skills or learn elite business line MBA. In addition, at this university you can also study for doctoral studies.

The Academy has more than 500 teachers-researchers. Among them there are the honorary professor known in scientific environment. The teaching staff includes professionals who have been studying in well-known institutions of higher education in Poland or abroad.

Academy of Social Sciences is the laureate of many awards and honors: statuette and a diploma of Polish business leaders, ambassadors certificate of Polish Economy 2011, certificate of qualitatively school, institution of higher education of the Year, leader of modern technology and so on.

The Academy offers courses in 22 areas in 18 centers in the country and abroad.In addition to the education there are numerous art groups, courses and practices implemented by the Career Center. One more advantage of the university is collaboration with Clark University (USA), which gives an opportunity for students to get American Diploma Master, and go to study or practice abroad.

Through continuous adaptation to the needs of the labor market and high quality education, Academy of Social Sciences received a number of awards and distinctions, e.g. Leader of Polish Business, Business Center Club, and Ambassador of the Polish Economy, School Leaders and occupied high positions in the state rankings.
