In 2018, came into force “useful” changes in the statute of higher education and science in Poland. These changes have expanded the possibilities of admission to study for foreign entrants without payment! Consequently, according to this statute, a foreigner can be discharged from a tuition fee, which is the holder of a certificate confirming knowledge of Polish as a foreign language, at least at the level of C1 language proficiency. The certificate should be issued by the accredited State Commission of Polish and foreign knowledge. So now, any foreigner who learns a language, passes the exam and receives a certificate, has a chance to enter the state universities of Poland for free tuition.
